Laura Barbero Switalski
M.S. Creativity and Change Leadership
Laura is a partner of Darwin Associates, a consulting firm in Buffalo, New York, specializing in organizational growth, creativity and change leadership. She works with organizations across the globe to help manage change and transition, enhance teamwork, and develop creative leaders.
Laura is a founding member and organizer of CREA Conference, the most important annual event dedicated to creativity and innovation in Europe.
Laura holds a M.S. in Creativity and Change Leadership and is an adjunct lecturer at the Center for Applied Imagination, at Buffalo State College, SUNY. She has coauthored the book Creativity Rising. Creative Thinking and Creative problem Solving in the 21st Century, published by ICSC Press in April 2012.
