IGNITION CREATIVITY PROGRAM

The critical skills of empathy, curiosity, attentiveness, optimism, and resilience are introduced to explore how change, creativity, and innovation are interconnected.

How leaders need to adapt to new conditions and realities when change occurs is understood and why with change comes uncertainty as we can no longer rely on what was previously known to remain true, and therefore need to develop novel solutions to fit the new paradigms. A series of highly interactive sessions that include small group discussions, and peer learning opportunities apply the Creative Change Model and a diverse set of creativity tools to identify and develop core skills to drive change for innovation and impact.

  • Understand the deep connections between leadership, change and creativity (the critical ingredients for driving innovation) and the profound impact that leaders have in shaping the climate of their organization

  • Develop a creative mindset igniting people’s (and your own!) capacity for driving change for innovation in the organization

  • Build awareness of and leverage cognitive diversity to inspire collaboration

  • Manage polarities (or paradoxes) in the workplace to foster idea debate and drive sustainable change
