Design a compelling and inspiring place of work that provides the foundation for leaders to unleash possibility and creativity.
The nature of work and the workplace has changed and this has resulted in a change in your workforce. People are seeking leaders who they can trust and who can also inspire new possibilities for the future. They seek to contribute their unique abilities and collaborate with others who seek the same. The core of this program is to create belonging and engagement among team members. The opportunity is for the team to connect to something bigger with their work, and define their Why and the difference they are making with their clients and each other.
This is created with a newly articulated team mission (purpose) and vision statement that becomes the backbone of the team and unites and inspires each team member. Articulate the team’s value proposition so it is vividly clear and compelling and impacts how the team shows up and works within the team and with key stakeholders and partners in oncology. Explore and define ‘What’ the team wants to accomplish, ‘How’ to get there, and ‘Why’ it matters, leveraging the diversity of the team and injecting possibility and excitement regarding doing this together. Reflect upon and discuss the kind of working environment (climate and culture) the team will need to show up energized to operationalize the ideas and outcomes created from this Retreat.

Fully embrace a Creativity Mindset to create a work environment that is engaging and energizing.
Develop self-awareness of the way individuals approach solving complex problems, and how to leverage the cognitive diversity of your team
Develop the creative problem-solving skills of the team to be proactive ‘superhero problem solvers’ and in turn, transform the prevailing attitude that everything is a problem
Uncover what might stop or get in the way of the team being in action to implement the identified Plan for Action
