THE CREATIVE CHANGE AGENT
IGNITION CREATIVITY PROGRAM
This program is designed to support managers to own and drive change initiatives.
Using the Creative Change Model, each of its elements (Person, Process, Environment, and Product) are explored to identify how they impact communication and engagement in change initiatives. The critical role of a human-centered approach to drive change is used and how that impacts day-to-day action. Individuals identify their personal response to change over time, how they relate to the important agile cycles of failure (through a series of activities using the Failure Toy) and learning, and will explore their own level of energy to lead others through change. The focus is to define how they can become an inspired change catalyst.
Identify and understand the personal response to change over time to be able to lead others through change and appreciate the complexity and ambiguity of leading change
Understand the human-centered approach to drive change (putting the customer (external and external) at the center and applying empathy) and the need to be agile as feedback emerges along the change initiative journey.
Using The Problem Matrix, identify what problems need to be solved in your organization to move change initiatives forward and proactively spot opportunities to elevate change efforts.
Explore and understand both their own relationship and the team’s relationship to failure and how to create time for reflection and learning to incorporate the lessons of failure into a positive iteration
Identify the Climate Dimensions to stimulate an environment for creativity and change and connect them to the speed of change in the workplace.
